My dad has an iMac G4 at home and he still loves it and works on it, loading his pictues on it. …so don’t tell me, how far we get now. Ok the new iMac is amazing at all.
That’s hilarious. An iMac on steroids at 800mhz w/ a combo drive, 1gb of ram, GeForce2(64mb, I think), and a 60gb HD. It is amazing how far we’ve come in so little time. The newest iMac has 256mb of graphics memory, 3.06ghz processor, a 27 inch display, and supports 16gb of ram and has a 1Tb HD. Amazing.
I love this! I want to buy a 17 in iMac G4 soon. I like the new iMac’s, but there is something about this older models that is really sleek and unique. Right now I have a MBP 2.53 GHz 13 in and Love it, but this one…when I purchase it, will be for fun.

Except all the most commonly used I/O is in the very back of the machine. ‘Least with the new iMac it’s on the side of the back.

Internet Explorer 5 was the deafult browser for Mas OS X back then. After Apple introduced Safari, MS stopped developing IE for Mac.
