Is that a hard disk on top of the IIGS? Do you need an SCSI card to use a hard drive on the IIGS? How big is the hard drive?

Yes, the hard drive is 80 mega. Because of prodos 32 mb limitation i've divided it on 3 partitions. The SCSI card is the venerable Apple SCSI rev C. A simplier way to add an hard drive is a compact flash ide controller like the one sold by reactivemicro or 16sector.
