I don’t recall all the details…it’s been over 20 years now. His owner fell on hard times, and he was left uncared for out in a pasture I think for quite a long time. He became very thin and ill, and once again if I recall correctly was rescued but did not live much longer.

This is well done. It’s actually a bit heartbreaking for me to see Goliath (LadyHawke) because he wound up being so mistreated later. But you did a wonderful job collecting these and putting them together.
