Can a sleep mask offer any kind of relief for eye allegies?
ByI have lots of allergies, especially in my eyes. Am mainly allergic to dust and dust mite. Will a sleep mask offer any kind of relief for these kinds of allergies. If so, what kind of material should i get the sleep mask and where can i buy one?
Thank YOU in advance.

The mask I don’t know about. However Dr. Andrew Weil has a new product out that is suppose to help. It is sold @ Origins store. They will give you a sample that is a weeks worth to find out if it works for you. Hope that helps. You may also so want to check into an ionic quick detox. http://www.amajordifference.com . I know a lot of people that get amazing relief from allergy symptoms with these treatments . if you call the office they will tell you if there is a machine in your area.

I would say yes it should help.
I use a soft wide headband for a sleep mask. I get night headaches from the a/c and heat blowing in the room. Plus for me sleep masks are not soft or wide enough.
Try any beauty department for a sleep mask or a hair section for soft wide headband.

Similason Allergy eye relief
and Equate Allergy eye relief (Wallmart generic for Opcon-A® Itching & Redness Reliever Eye Drops)
Active Ingredients
Pheniramine Maleate (0.315%)
Naphazoline Hydrochloride (0.02675%)
Inactive Ingredients
Edetate Disodium (0.1%)
Benzalkonium Chloride (0.01%)
I’m a long time suferer of allergic conjuctivitis. The use of these two has allowed me to stop useing my perscrition Patanol. Patanol is about $70 bottle. These two OTCs work better and are much cheeper. The Similasan product is homiopathic.
