Can anyone help me with my IBM Thinkpad T40?

I had to re-install XP and it’s giving me a list of devices that aren’t installed and i can find them.
They are:
Ethernet Controller
Multimedia Audio Controller
Network Controller
PCI Modem
SM Bus Controller Universal Bus (USB) Controller
Video Controller (VGA Compatible)
