Can we use the glossy magazine papers to make handmade paper at home?
ByI am trying my hand at making the handmade paper at home. So I was wondering if we can use the glossy/magazine papers to make handmade paper.

You can use magazine paper but the non-fibrous (clays, I think they are) materials used to make the gloss and the high print levels (causing high acidity although not as high as printed newspaper) make for weak paper which may not have too long a life span. I quite like the colour it comes out as – sometimes an attractive grey, which, if you mix it with less coloured paper, can come out as a pale grey.
Happy to help whenever you need it.
