Closet organizer installation?

I am interested in expanding the closetmaid organizer in my husband’s closet as a surprise. The problem is I’m not really handy and don’t want to spend a lot of money. I know you can purchase those systems in Home Depot but how can I get it installed? Basically I want to move the current system up approx. 2 feet and put additional racks below so he can hang shorter things like pants underneath.
