Does anyone know what would go good with buffalo meat?
ByWe were given some ground buffalo meat and even thought I don’t like the taste of it I will have to use it. Any suggestions as to what I can make with it and it taste good?

taco seasnoning and make tacos from it… should only taste like the seasoning at that point.. (since you don’t like it)

You can season it any way you like: garlic, onion, peppers, cumin, curry, etc. It’s like any other ground meat so get creative and dress it up as you would were it beef.
And serve it with beer.

because it is low fat it will taste more like meat. so add some fat (bacon, pork) or spice it up (chile spices)
