glad you like it, but do yourself a serious favor,.. do a search for good eats season 1, ep 1. alton brown does a sear-to-over steak in cast iron. i didnt even like steak before trying it that way.

holy mackeral. never cook a fine steak on a george foreman grill. use a hot plate, and a small cast iron pan, and save 50 bucks.
