how can I take a shower without getting my hair wet? other than using a shower cap?
ByI just worked out and need to take a shower but since I recently dyed my hair I’m trying to avoid washing my hair more than 4 times a week to preserve the color. and since I washed it yesterday I don’t want to wash it again today, how can I take a shower without getting my hair wet, other than using a shower cap?
I’m not opposed to using a shower cap, I just can’t get out right now since I’m all sweaty and need a shower badly! but I will get one soon!

you can get shower hoses that you can take off the wall and wash down your body so your hair won’t get wet case your pointing the hose where you want the water to go.. get it? lol.
other then that all i can think of is the shower cap , and puting your hair up in a ponytail and being really careful that it dosen’t get wet

Why are you opposed to using a shower cap? It’s the only way to really prevent your hair from getting wet because when you just stand in the shower the water will splash off your skin and into your hair.

hi, you can put your hair in a bun or high pony tail and if you have a removal shower head just take it off and hold it or just avoid gettting your hair wet by putting it down when rinsing and a little water won’t hurt you new dyed hair just if you shampoo it.

Don’t turn the water on…. Or take a bath.

Cut off all your hair & leave it in another room. Glad to help.♥

Fast and Easy Solution…Use a grocery bag to cover your hair. It works just like a shower cap and you should have tons of them if you pick plastic at the grocery store. Glad to Help!

Have a hand shower put in. That’s what I use. Our shower isn’t fixed. I don’t like fixed shower heads for the same reason – I don’t want to get my hair wet so we have a hand shower instead. You can have one in the bathtub or in the cubicle as your prefer. But once you get used to it you’ll wonder how you managed without it. For now keep the water flow to a mere trickle if you can and lean backwards – use the sponge or whatever you use to get wet allover than lather yourself. to rinse do the same or take in a small container with you and fill it then rinse yourself with it.
