How can I use headphones with my computer?
ByIs there an easier way to plug headphones into a computer than going round the back of the computer, unplugging the speakers and replacing them with my headphones. It is quite a lot of hassle, and the headphone wire is often stretched. There is a headphone port on my DVD drive, but that doesn’t seem to work. There are no headphone ports on my speakers.

Buy and extension?
There should be a green connection on the front of the case.
In my opinion, headphones will be work with DVD drive if you plug special wire beatwen DVD drive and audio board in your computer.
try using an extension cable or turn ur pc 90degrees but make sure that the cd drive doesnt get obstructed. it will also make it easier to plug in an USB device
There should be a port on the front of the case, perhaps a different colour. Or search for an extension of some kind.
Check for the color of the head-phone jack and the port where you want to install. There are two port in front of every computer case and two at its back.
So, match the color and then plug in it matching color.
It will work.
