How do i activate the guitar hero drum kit sensor?
ByI brought the Guitar Hero World tour today on Ps3 and noticed when i plugged it all in the drums were not working. The drum kit itself was working.(yes the battires are all in correctly) but the sensor from the ps3 to the drum kit was not working. I rung up Harvey Norman and they told me i had to go onto the activision website and activate it. I went there and i couldnt find anywhere to go and have no idea what to do now. Can anyone help?

there is a little switch on the guitar or the sensor thing ( ican’t remember which one) but you gotta turn it on. i’m pretty sure it’s on the guitar.. yes the guitar. i had the same problem then i was like.. wow.

sounds like a lot of work. You should have bought rock band 2. How exactly do you know the drums are working? Is it the actual dongle that plugs into the usb’s on the ps3 that isn’t responding? You may have defective equipment, check out the RedOctane website for a warranty claim if you need to. I bought the guitar/game bundle in January and the strum bar on the guitar was defective I had to do a warranty claim with little hassle (just sending back the guitar, they sent the shipping label via email) I received a brand new guitar for my troubles. I am not sure if this is standard with warranty claims or if my guitar was just not able to be fixed. There should be a link from the GHWT website that will take you to the RedOctane site regarding equipment issues. Good luck. my psn id is DraglineGrizzle, look it up.
