Hyundai R800-7A Front Shovel

This short video shows a Hyundai Heavy Industries engineer explaining the basic principle of a front shovel excavator as compared to a conventional backhoe excavator, for a Korean television station. The featured machine is the prototype of the brand new R800-7A FS, Hyundai’s first Front Shovel excavator, with an operating weight of around 87 ton.
