Rain / storms.
Dropping barometer means low pressure. Low pressure generally brings in clouds and rain.

Usually means a front is on the way. Depends where you live.

Generally low pressure indicates bad weather or conditions that are worsening. Look at hurricanes, the deeper (lower) the pressure is, the higher the winds and more severe the storm.
