Try office supply stores. You could probably use a wall hung divided file holder for the purpose. They are usually plastic and black is a choice color for them.

Pier one used to have one, it wasn’t black but it was espresso and pretty much looked black. it was long, hung vertically and had 4-5 magazine compartments, very clean lines.
you could see if they still carry it.
