sounds good, looks good. I too have a compaq armada 1530 with a Pentium 133mhz processor, 1 mb cirrus logic video ram, 48 MB of ram, and a 4 GB Fujitsu hardrive. Perfect for word processing, powerpoint, basica chat, starcraft, and DOS GAMES.

What Compaq Armada do you have? I have a 1592DT and just installed Damn Small Linux on it, but unfortunately I have no sound.
Can you tell me some specs about your Armada?
Thanks
