the powder shakes are so much better than the pre-made cans. I’ve lost 40lbs in two months using the powdered shakes…along with excersize and a healthy diet, of course.

I honestly don’t care what anyone says bad about Slim Fast. I used it when i was 18/19 for 2 months. I lost 28lbs and went from 38″ waist to a 32″ (I’m actually 30″ now almost). I’m 26 now and I’m still the exact same weight I was when I finished Slim Fast. Tastes excellent too! I also do a reasonable amount of exercise (something many users of Slim Fast fail miserably to do an hence put the weight back on). Slim Fast, regardless of what any dietician says, works and works well and I proved it.

i lost 20 lbs on slim fast in 2 weeks, 2 meals a day and a light dinner. it’s all sugar. it makes you starve.

Two more things-

Slim Fast is in NO WAY a “health” food, and shouldn’t be treated as such

And it should never be eaten as a snack because IT WILL make you fat if you eat with with everything you normally eat

i did not like the shake at first, but now i love it!!! It tastes so good!!!
