should i ask him to the dave matthews concert?

i was set up with this guy to go to a dance without knowing him and we had a good time and have talked and flirted since. i think we like each other and i really want to go to the dave matthews concert because they are my favorite band. however, he says he doesn’t really care for dave matthews. i think we could have a really good time and become closer if he goes, should i ask or not?
