A shower cap is used to protect styled hair or keep hair dry for those of us that prefer to wash it every other day. It’s also great to use when deep conditioning….apply a conditioner on freshly shampooed hair, then put a cap on for 20 minutes or so. (the warm humidity within the cap helps condition my locks)

A shower cap is for the shower. This stops the water and humid from the heat to frizz your hair. It is very good!!
