slimfast … ?
Byok i am drinking slimfast and i will admit that it tastes good but i have to plug my nose when i drink it … im not fat im just like very body concius .. and no im not the type of barbie that goes omg i ate something now i have to stick my fingers down my throat .. god no im just wondering if slimfast actually helps or if im being a total retard and forcing my self to drink it!? any one with experience of taking it ./. please help thanks .. love malibu barbie

slim fast does work, but not instantly, over time…
honestly, special k would be less expensive and its quicker than the slimfast diet
and ..if you’re at normal weight you won’t lose alot of weight because you’re body knows it is healthy

Look at the nutritional breakdown, Slimfast does not provide much protein and most of the calories come from CORN SYRUP!!! How is that healthy, I’d recommend replacing your slimfast shakes with whey protein shakes, and making them with skim milk (you can blend in frozen berries or peaches if you like) Body Fortress Protein Powder is like $13 for a 2lb container so it works out cheaper than slimfast too.

oh Barbie, slimfast is designed to make you feel full, therefore not wanting to eat, or at least not feeling the need to eat. so many people become habitual eaters, then they realise that they are becoming overweight, then thy diet and continue to diet, then they become habitual dieters or even worse, the only tried and trusted method of keeping trim/slim, as long as there are no medical problems of course is to eat healthily and exercise wisely, incidentily, making love is very good for you and it burns off loads of calories, so don’t let anyone tell you that exercise is always boring, unless of course you get bored making love LOL, just eat wisely, it is so good for you and helps you to keep to the size you want and the figure you want, take care, be safe and good luck.
