yo fish oil is really good, you can use it for anything, you could put it on salad you can drink it from a spoon, you can even use it for sex lube,

Sorry…for vegetarians – Flaxseed is great. Lube for the body – lol. It’s absolutely true though. I take Flaxseed to help my stomach as I get IBS. It really does work. As for before workouts? I’ll definately be giving that a try! :)
