By Cut

i have then stored away like you do. Some people would say throw them away, but when you read them they bring back fond memories, which are priceless….perhaps some day you would sort them out, it is a personal choice really

I purchased a decorative box to place mine in. There’s all different colors, shapes and sizes.

I have a nice keepsake box I keep all my photo greeting cards in…. Most other cards I throw away a few months after I get them…. I’m NOT much for clutter.. However, if the cards evoke memories why not save the cards for a yr. and then scan and burn them to CD/DVD.. You can do a disk a yr. That way you only have to store a CD/DVD instead of paper cards…. You can just cut the cards in 1/2 and scan the outside and the settement inside..

You can also “recycle” the cards INSTEAD of throwing them away AFTER you scan/burn them… If you like the pictures you can send them to other people as greeting “postcards. Cut the card in 1/2 and use the front with the picture and write your own message…. Send with a postcard stamp…

Some cards are beautiful matted and framed.

I would say make a keepsake box and store them in there. If you do decide to throw them away, recycle them.
