What is the name of the song that plays when Curious George or Clifford is about to come on on PBS Kids.?

The song almost sounds like a human beatbox. The other song sounds like a man saying “Bow wow, bow wow a-dibbidy yow wow!” Those probably aren’t the exact words, but to give you an example.
