		<description>I agree with you... mint and wine do not mix at all, lol!  As a wine lover I would have to say that your best bet is some sort of chocolate cheesecake.  Either plain with a layer of chocolate or just a chocolate cheesecake or maybe you could do a white chocolate cheesecake with a milk or dark chocolate layer on top.  Chocolate will compliment white sweet wines and will go amazingly well with red wines as well.  I hope this helps - good luck!</description>
