What kinda fiber optic would I use to make a light?
BySo I want to make a light out of a fiber optic. what I want is to put an LED at one end and I want to sides of the fiber optic to light up so it looks like that length of the fiber optic is lite, so what kinda fiber optic would I use? Where would I get it? Thank you

Something cheap, plastic, and not clear ( a little bit translucent). Real fiber optics have two different densities so that the refraction prevents the light from leaking out. You want the light to leak out so you don’t want real fiber optics.
