Would my honey ham be good if it thawed but the inner temperature was still 32 degrees?
ByMy freezer quit. I have a 7 lb honey ham that I checked with a meat thermometer and the interior temperature was 32 degrees. Everything in the freezer was thawed.except some meat at the bottom but the honey ham was towards the top. What is the possibility of the honey ham being safe?

It should be alright provided the internal temp did not peak 41 degrees for an extended period of time. Most food service establishments will keep or hold product at 41 or below.
My concern would be the surface temp.

I’m guessing this is a cured fully cooked ham which I would not give it a second thought it’s fine
If it’s raw and the ham felt cold to your touch I again would say its ok but I would cook it asap.
Any bacteria would have to form on the outside first so as a precaution thouroughly rinse the ham before baking……
But I really think it’s ok, at least I would cook it and try it
You my be like my wife and she just wouldn’t eat it Period.
Good more ham for me………Best of all smell it, if it smells fine, it 99% is fine A bad ham will let you know…..
